fantastic stockbridge stay
large room thoughtful extras friendly staff
the room was beautifully designed it had a large walk in dressing room. i found thoughtful extras included such as hair straighteners and complimentary snacks. the team was very friendly particularly to my son.
the bed wasn't as comfortable as i expected the mattress was quite firm. ventilation in the room could have been better as it got a little stuffy.

charming stay in stockbridge
wood paneling high ceiling espresso capsules
the room was beautifully decorated, i felt really surprised (it had wood paneling and high ceilings!). the bathroom was large and luxurious, much appreciated after a long day. a good selection of teas and espresso capsules were also provided, a nice touch.
the room got quite hot at night. i couldn't find the fan until my second night.

stockbridge is a vibrant part of the city and within easy reach of the city centre. i found the hotel conveniently situated near various shops and restaurants. getting to the city's attractions was easy.

the restaurant and bar are popular. they seem well-frequented by locals throughout the day (always a good sign!). the breakfast menu had varied options. i particularly recommend the full scottish breakfast, made with high-quality ingredients.

friendly staff great design breakfast choices
I found the staff very friendly upon my arrival. The room design included great features! I liked that the restaurant downstairs was easily accessible. Breakfast offered varied choices from a full menu.
Parking was a small issue. I saw that the hotel had limited spaces. Street parking required payment during the week! and it seemed a little far.
